Requested that I send them my OEM part serial number before shipping. I understand they don’t want people getting the wrong piece and then deal with bad returns, but I ended up cancelling and going with a different seller. Hiding behind direct message confirmation to refuse returns if the item doesn’t work seems shady and ticky tacky in this era of online ordering. That said they had no issue with my decision to cancel and handled the communication well.
Very quick shipping. I do feel like the pictures showed a much richer fabric than what I received. I will still enjoy them but the covers were not as vibrant as shown in the ad.
