  2. When my item arrived, I wore the for two days and upon taking them off the second day the heel of the boot completely detached from the rest of the boot. Upon emailing the seller, I got a quick response apologizing and stating that they will send me another pair immediately. I’m still waiting for them to come in, but my experience with the seller thus far has been fantastic.
