  1. Lack of communication. Marked the item as shipped and there was no tracking number provided until Almost 2 weeks later which was the same day the shipping processed started . Was supposed to receive the item by 2/18/26 :-( but since it was mailed off late it exceeded that deadline . However on the positive side, the quality of the item arrived as advertised / described :-)
