Chanel shoes run small, this one fits 36-36.5. Please know your Chanel size, as there are no returns. I'll make sure the item is securely packed and sent in a Chanel box. The packaging was inadequate, meaning there was not enough protection, and the box was not sealed. Also, there is significant scuffing on the back, with the paint worn off, which was not visible in the photograph.
