I didn't realize it didn't come with the shoulder strap...lol...my fault, not the sellers. I got exactly what was described. lol...I just assumed it was in the inside of the bag. I will need to look more specifically for descriptions and not assume...lolol....beautiful piece and the woman that I bought it for will love it...great buy!
