This seller went above and beyond to check the dimensions of the plates before shipping them and let me know ahead of time that they were not salad plates as listed. They then proceeded to contact me to verify if I still wanted the shipment and offered a refund if I did not! I truly appreciate the thoroughness this seller takes to make sure their customers get exactly what was ordered! Would order again from this seller if they had an item I was interested in!
Product was in good condition, price was very fair, shipping was quick, my only issue was that packaging could have been better. Despite having bubble wrap inside the box, it should be wrapped and taped around the item. Due to movement during shipping, the item did pierce the box in several places, fortunately no damage. Overall, I would definitely buy from this seller again.
This was a great experience from start to finish. Sadly, some of the pieces were broken through no fault of the seller, but after communicating with them about what happened, I received a partial refund for the broken pieces. They handled everything professionally, and my refund was issued immediately. I will definitely purchase from them again.
