The nicks in the paint around the back edge of the club do not affect the playability at all. I will probably replace the grip with one of my new ping grips, but I knew that before I bought the club. Speedy shipping and this club was well packaged with 'fragile' stickers on the box. This 3 wood is very nice with just minor wear from it's use over the years; may be better than described. The 2 bats I purchased arrived within a couple of days. They were packaged carefully and exactly as described. Was great to work with and extremely fast to answer any questions I had regarding the bats. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I need bats for my kids.
