When i received my package i had a note in there explaining the seller noticed a spot on one of the sleeves that wasn't noticed before. It was a small spot but not only did she point it out and apologized but also sent a whole other top to make up for it. That's something that only a person that really cares about their business and the happiness of their buyers would do.
