What a great seller! They sent a message as soon as I ordered letting me know when my item would ship- and they must live next door to a post office because it was shipped out super fast! When my clock arrived it was packaged very well with lots of bubble wrap and tape and was in even better condition then they described. But the real extra touch is that they actually had a battery in the clock! I was already getting a good deal, but all these extras just made the whole experience great!!
The bookends look just like they are pictured and described. They were well wrapped in bubble wrap and flexible styrofoam wrap. But the USPS must have tossed the box around quite a bit, as it was quite battered when it arrived, and the elephant's trunks were damaged. Thrifty Drea responded immediately to my report of the damage, and made everything right for me, even though it was not their fault. I would definitely buy from them again!
Shipped nicely. Packaged well. The pants were as described. I returned it because they didn’t fit right even though I do wear 28x30. Tru-spec is just different I guess. Final thing is the seller responded to my pointing out an error in the listing title or description and corrected it before I bought the pants. Excellent communication.
