  1. This item was described as new and in an unopened box. However, the box was beat to heck and super taped up. It was delivered in a box that was even more beat up and taped up. With that being said, I believe the foot massager was new, but you can't convince me that the box wasn't opened. However, the foot massager seems unused and clean. Close enough! I am not picky. The massager is super nice, everyone in the house gives it two thumbs up. Smooth transaction and good communication. Thanks!!

  2. The seller had the wrong part number listed. I bought and it arrived un the condition that is shown in the pics but wrong part number. I need VS (listed) and the actual part is not VS. I contactedcseller and made them aware of the issue and they sent me a return label. I packed it up and shipped it back. Upon receipt, the money was returned to my card. Seller is very responsible and responsive. I will consider buying from again due to the no hassle way of doing business.
