Received the package today, earlier than expected. The shoes were very carefully wrapped and boxed. The loafers are listed as pre-owned, but they look brand new! The seller took very good care of them. They are comfortable and fit just right. I could never afford Cole Haan and this is a nice way to get them. The price was right.
