Measurements on tops/dresses are done from shoulder to bottom, armpit to armpit for chest, and armpit to bottom of sleeve. Bottoms are done from inseam to bottom of leg and around the waist. Measures 44in waist, 18in inseam ***No one smokes in my apartment but my neighbors do smoke and I can smell it from time to time in my apartment. I assume the ventilation is connected somehow allowing this. With this said I do want to make it known it is possible for any item I sell may have a smell of cigarette smoke even with all the efforts I put in to preventing it.
