Shipping and packaging was very sealed to prevent opening and the item was wrapped very well. Small scratch on the outer side of the item near the keyhole. Item described as new. Item is smaller than thought but it is okay. It isn't as large or heavy as the original ones that I own. Also, seller sent a message describing that they packed the item well so fraud wouldn't be committed and they had proof of their goods which I believe to be odd since not everyone is a thief.
Such a great seller! Responded right away to my questions, made a video to answer how it worked and put it on the listing so I knew it was in good working order. Shipped super fast, and was so well wrapped and protected with pieces of styrofoam sheets in the box in addition to it being wrapped in paper as well. Highly recommend this seller!
