Exactly as described. Shipping was fast. It was shipped on Amazon Shipping. I gave this seller four stars. I knocked off a star because I sent an eBay message to the seller requesting that they indicate to the shipper that the package is to be delivered to the back door of the home and I also asked the seller to mark the package as "Deliver to Back Door". This was not done. Package was delivered to my front door. My neighborhood has porch pirates. Package cannot be seen at back door.

The item arrived new with tags but definitely felt more like an “open box” offering as the pillow was just shoved in a box with no plastic or protective packing. That being said it arrived just as the photo revealed. It arrived on time, and it was a great savings vs $129 retail direct from the manufacturer. So I can’t complain too much. Overall a positive experience.
