Despite sincere efforts to get the seller to understand my concerns, the seller was unsympathetic to my position on the condition in which I received my exhaust parts. They arrived in internally damaged boxes, and were greasy. Almost as if they had been returned once before. I explained that I simply wanted some understanding that I had purchased brand new products, and wanted to see them in that condition upon opening. And yes ultimately they were undamaged, but that wasn't the point of concern
Fast shipping the exhaust system fit with no modifications. I had a problem trying to order the Universal Exhaust Pipe Adapter Coupler. I called couple times and ordered two different adapters. Both were wrong. Needed a better communication from the vendor but overall everything went well.. thanks!
Great company. Ordered exhausts for my last 2 trucks and some other things here. Usually very quick shipping unless USPS screws up and USPS tracking sends it who knows where. Then, this company makes it right. Will use again and recommend.
