I ordered a coat and was messaged to confirm the size would be right for me prior to shipping. The coat turned out to be smaller than I thought. It was recommended I cancel the order and get a refund. This all happened within the space of about 10 minutes. Great communication and very quick cancellation/refund. Very appreciated.
