I didn’t mind the shipping cost since cost was so low. 5 minutes after the bid seller sends me a refund, I definitely thought I was being scammed, but to my surprise it was a refund for half the shipping. I was still concerned thinking the dress will be in horrible condition. Shipping was fast I received dress today and it was in pristine condition. Extremely great Seller! Would recommend.
