Lilliput Lane Tea Chime Teapot was well packed, posted quickly and arrived safely after long trip from USA to Australia. Unfortunately on unpacking it I found that the base of the Teapot and the musical chime mechanism were both missing. The seller was quick to offer a refund and Ebay sent my money back.
