Shipping was really fast, and packing was sufficient. Upon receiving the Chacos I noticed a toe strap was glued in place. I immediately contacted the seller and they very promptly refunded my full purchase amount, including what I paid for shipping. Shoes are as described and photographed. They will ship shoes in priority mail envelopes without any packaging. My package arrived damaged with a note from the post master apologizing for the damage. I contacted them and they simply said they aren’t responsible for how items are handled. Personally I think shoes should simply be shipped in even a cheap box over an envelope.
