Nice boots exactly as described delivered by a company that is akin to an excited puppy. Lots of contact to tell you when they will make the delivery, followed by emails mails telling you that the time has changed (I accept that circumstances on the day change) and then again, emails advising of the amended delivery time (stay tuned folks!) and when that time is missed, the driver isn't the person originally advised as the delivery driver, leading to, How did we do? emails and eBay feedback call
I placed an order for this then it was a few days and waa not showing that it had been dispatched. I. Contacted the debenhsms customer care team who were brilliant they were able to track my order and tell me when it was to be dispatched excellent service. This is my7 th purchase and will not be the last. Value for money quality etc I have numerous compliments when i wear these clothes .
This a lovely dress good quality and value and new just as described the communication throughout was excellent and delivery swift unfortunately the size came up rather large for me and reluctantly I have had to return the dress I hope to purchase again from this company who offer some lovely items of clothing I could not fault the whole buying experience from purchase to return 5*
