I beleive these are Men's M, but a woman could easily wear them. They are 100% nylon and fully lined with a poly mesh or netting. These will keep you dry in rain, but because of their design with the snap cuff at the bottom of the leg they would be awesome for a ski pant. Throw a legging or long John's and your set. They can be undone so you can fit over a ski boot and then snapped up. They also have one large pocket on the pants on the leg and a drawstring at the waist.
