Shipping was fast. The product appears as described and has the pottery barn tags attached to the comforter. I do wish there was an extra protection with the packaging. The comforter didn’t come in any protection at all besides the box it was shipped in. I do feel , it should have been placed in a plastic bag. Or if not extra, maybe extra tape on the box. The product came undamaged and in great condition ! Thanks for the great find and the price ! Im redecorating so this was a great find for me
Very FAST SHIPPING!! Package pretty good! Item came with some damage, which some may have been during shipping and some issues were in the photos, but wasn't stated in the listing, so I wasn't aware that the bent rod wasn't supposed to be bent. Seller tried to work with me, but I was in need of the item, so I decided to keep it. Would most likely do business with again. Price of item was pretty reasonable.
This genuine Delta part was received nicely boxed and in factory-sealed packaging, new as described. My purchase was shipped promptly from the seller with a very clear and accurate label, but USPS Ground Advantage sure struggled with delivery.
