  1. This has got to be the absolute best packing job I have ever seen! This is my first neon sign and so I don't have a picture yet as I'm still building my setup but I wish I had taking a pic of the packing job alone. I was worried about the logistics of shipping such an item but let me assure you this seller takes %100 care and you will receive a perfect product. I have tested it as well and it works, and is even better looking than the pictures do justice! And it was fast! Will do business again!

I contacted the seller and they arranged to send me a replacement part and very good directions on how to fix the sign. Within minutes of receiving the part, the sign was fixed.
