My Loungefly arrived two weeks early which I'm so pleased about. It was well packaged to prevent any damage from shipping US to the UK - postage is expensive but it's expected due to distance. It was exactly as described and beautiful. First, the camera was accurately represented and well packaged. Second, he let me know that they were away and when the package would be shipped and met that date. Third, the package arrived with postage due through an unfortunate error, and my postage paid (a few dollars) was refunded immediately, including a heartfelt apology. Great seller, great communication and excellent product. Most highly recommended!!
