I am a bit torn on how to rate this experience. The item arrived a week late and the tracking was glitchy - at one point showing that it had been delivered a month earlier in a completely different state. This may have been outside of the seller's hands (I know that USPS is unreliable at times), but I felt that they were dismissive of my concerns, mostly responding with screenshots of tracking showing that it hadn't moved or that it was out for delivery in a different state - not a typical reply
The usual grifting behaviour by DHL . Outside of having to PAY MORE FOR THE SHIPPING THAN THE PRODUCT, it’s lovely and reasonably priced . Vendor did their best to make the package as small and light as possible. Product is in mint condition . Do something about your obscene delivery fees . You’re driving customers away. It’s revolting because you spy on all the conversations so we can’t use a proper service. Don’t be a disgrace

Purchase several pairs of shoes and all were shipped in their own plastic bags, then all three were in an addition vinyl envelope and all placed in a sturdy envelope for shipping.
