Great seller. Although UPS completely destroyed the package so much so that it was undeliverable, the seller was great to work with. He displayed commendable integrity and follow through to ensure that I was satisfied with the transaction. Great customer service and communication. Very pleased, despite the UPS debacle.
My package got stuck going between 2 different P.O. Distribution Centers for 2 weeks. I think the problem was bar codes on a used box( always use a marker to black these out!). Seller opened a missing pkg case and they finally found it! Item arrived and I am very pleased they went the extra mile!
There was some confusion with the item’s description but the seller was very responsive and quickly replied to settle the issue. I ended up returning it for a full refund and received my refund quickly. Very friendly and professional seller, would recommend!
