The item arrived as described and within the established delivery time in excellent condition. I've rarely seen an item packaged so safe and secure, professional packaging. Given my china pattern is discontinued, this item is of great value to me and the price was more than fair. The entire transaction (service, packaging, delivery and the item itself) was very high quality. The appearance of the item was described as "mint condition", and it is. The plates arrived quickly, exactly as described. The packaging was supreme, as other reviews had said, I could tell the seller values their customers. With that said, 2 of the plates arrived broken - I TOTALLY BLAME THE CARRIER (USPS) NOT THE SELLER - just to make this clear! 1 of the plates was the chipped plate the seller contacted me about and refunded me for prior to shipping - very nice of them to do that! I really only needed 4 plates, so I have 5 of 7, which I'll take as a win.
My beautiful rocking horse butter dish arrived today, as promised. It was in perfect condition, which was not surprising because it was packaged like the box contained the fragile, precious object imaginable! Obviously much care was taken to ensure it arrived undamaged. It appears almost brand new, making consider purchasing other items in the collection. Very impressed with this seller. As described and a great value!
