It is an Ultra Rare card with 1st Edition printing, featuring a unique effect where it can be destroyed after a certain number of Standby Phases. The card allows for the banishment of a LIGHT Machine monster from the Deck once per turn if "Cyber Dragon" is on the field. When sent to the Graveyard, it allows for the Special Summon of banished LIGHT Machine monsters, along with the destruction of all Spells and Traps under the player's control. Special Summoned monsters by this effect cannot activate their effects, and the player cannot conduct their Battle Phase on the turn the effect is activated.
