Very prompt, respectful communication from the seller about this who was willing to work with me on resolving the issue if I couldn't get it fixed. Excellent customer service from this seller. The coat fits great, is comfortable and warm, and is a unique color not available on North Face's website anymore, sort of a smoky gray lavender. Extremely happy with my purchase!

  2. this seller was a good seller and they said they do not take returns, how ever the boots that I received had a hole in them on the shaft and I am unable to ware them but it was not a fault of the seller because of the oversite. I talk with a local cobbler and going to see if he can repair them for me. They are just a little to tight for me and if I try to ware them the hole is going to get larger.
