PRIOR TO MAKING PAYMENT ON AN AUCTION I contacted the seller for multiple auctions over multiple days to be considered for reduced ship - they got me the best deal possible. *** I made mistakes they worked with me, when I suffered buyers remorse they worked with me. I don't always get the answer I want - but my experience is they communicate and work with their customers.
Very popular seller, so communication and shipping is a little slow, just to be aware. That being said, they are FANTASTIC. I would 100% buy again! I had combined shipping on 2 items, and one wasn’t packed in my shipment. They looked into, and I immediately got refunded - and half the shipping! Seller went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it right!! I am also in love with what I did get, unbelievable value, practically new, and saved as a favorite seller! Thank you so much!
Item as described, however packing was not good, item got broken during shipping, they did reimburse me partial payment, but being a vintage item it was hard to find a original part. I did send a message before they shipped and kindly ask them to wrap the machine in a way to where there's no movement and wrap it so it will not get damaged during shipping, I offered to pay extra for this ,they put paper in the box and it does nothing to protect a sewing machine
