Great experience. When I discovered that FedEx had not shipped the item that we bought from Beardman Trading (BT), I reached out to BT and he actually drove to FedEx to see what the problem was. He settled everything and I quickly received my purchase. I then discovered that it was missing a piece (FedEx’s fault) and he quickly got that out too. Overall it was a great experience despite the hiccups. He was on top of everything. I would totally recommend purchasing items from BT!
Item did not ship as shown on Ebay. I had to follow up with seller. Seller was NOT aware the product was not shipped. Seller said issue was with USPS. I am not clear if it really was a USPS issue or seller issue. I did get the item but it took longer than expected. Will keep the overall experience "positive" but I do wish the seller would be more aware of what actually shipped and doesn't so buyers don't have to be the one "chasing" the issue.
I had an issue, that’s the bad news. The good news is this seller is absolutely outstanding and his communication and swift action is what made this transaction stand out. I don’t normally leave detailed feedback, but in this case, the seller went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and although the issue was no fault of his own, he took complete responsibility! A++ Would do business with this seller again any time!!
