Item arrived in proper functioning condition. I know the seller tested the equipment because they did not clean the equipment before or after their test. Packaging materials were soiled with black coffee and beans present within the hopper. It took approximately an hour to clean the equipment (removing built up residue, sanitizing interior surfaces) before the item was in normal working condition. But it works great and functions as described. 3.5/5

Thanks, but I wish Seller had wiped off the loose dirty particles before packing it and shipping to us. Disappointing to open package and get "ick" on my hands in order to remove item from package.
