Ordered four, only three were available and given option to request a refund or receive the three. I decided to receive the refund and the communication from seller was top notch!! Despite not having the order in the end, I very much highly recommend seller if you're looking for great communication and overall high-quality products and service!!
Caps just arrived over a week late at the fault of DHL probably (was no update for over a week). The caps were packaged appropriately (both caps in a plastic bag) for shipping in a box. Appearance, condition, and quality of items were as described: new. Happy with items, transaction, and seller but not so with the carrier.
As described. Received quickly, rough packaging as was put in a bag, courier didn't handle the package gently. But luckily nothing broken, both work and had seal on box. But one box broke open. Still a happy customer, would just suggest to the seller to use boxes for items such as this, due to poor handling.
