Excellent communication. Responded quickly to query and ultimately a not received case. Immediate refund - Courier Yodel was appalling, firstly taking 8 days days to deliver, sending it to other end of the country to be sorted, secondly, leaving on doorstep and lying saying delivered to a safe place. The bag i ordered is good quality and quite good value for money. It arrived packaged well and seller responded when messaged about when it was being shipped and it arrived a few days late the seller was helpful with tracking and telling me when it shoulf arrive and was apologised as it was few days late. Will order again from this seller if there anything I see I like.
