I am very pleased with the jacket received. It seems very well made and looks great. The inside liner is different than the picture, but it looks good. I am used to the zipper being located on the right side for mens jackets, but not a big deal. When ordering I was concerned about how it might fit when I received it, but it fits perfect. I am 5'11 and currently 175 lbs with bigger arms and shoulders and ordered an XL. A size large would have been too small. Overall, I am very satisfied.
The shipping took 27 days, untracked, instead of the promised 7 days, tracked. The hat was shipped in a plastic bag and arrived permanently crushed. I reshaped it by hand and with the assistance of the good folks at Boot Barn. The seller refunded me about 20% of the price for my trouble, and was communicative and understanding. It was a hassle, but the hat looks great now and i'm proud to wear it. I would buy again from this seller.
