Fair price, there was a bit of a mix-up, seller sent the remake rather than the version that I ordered. A quick message to the seller sorted things out, seller contacted me back promptly and let me know they'd send the correct DVD at no extra cost. Correct DVD was packed well, in great condition, shipped off fast and arrived quickly. Seller said the keep the incorrect DVD, so I've absolutely no complaints and thanks to the seller for fixing the mistake! I'd gladly buy from this seller again. A++
It arrived a little late, I needed it for a class on Sunday. USPS said it would be there by that Friday, but it didn't show up until Tuesday. I blame USPS for getting my hopes up even though it was stuck in Arizona for a while. The item is exactly as pictured, with all of its parts and accessories. The price was right and now I'm ready to go back to my art class with my own tufting gun! Shipment was given extra padding inside (newspaper) and everything was excellent.
Shipping, packaging, and value were all on par as is to be expected from any reputable seller. The description of this Stormtrooper was also correct, considering I asked no questions, which falls squarely on my shoulders. I forgot there has been more than 1 version of some figures produced. Again, the fault is mine. But, I'm happy with my purchase and would readily and happily buy from this seller again, anytime! Thanks so much!
