Berkey was shipped loose in a box that was far too big for it. Yes it was surrounded by bubble wrap and taped down, but if it can move around in the box, that is a POOR job of packaging. I've seen similar complaints from other buyers in this seller's feedback. Fortunately for me, no damage was sustained and the Berkey filter is working perfectly, but it easily could've gone the other way with the terrible packaging job. Overall experience B-
Item was as described. Item could have been better packaged. One layer of bubble wrap around a heavy metal object in a cardboard box being handled by the USPS doesn't quite cut being safely package. Item did arrive okay but the box had been taped over quite a bit. Overall it was a smooth transaction.
As described with quick shipping. A little oil and wheel cleaning and it runs like a champ. Would buy from this seller again.
