Shipment was initially delayed but the seller was very responsive to my message requesting assistance and it was ultimately received in a reasonable amount of time. The item did show signs of having been previously mounted (used zip ties) and repackaged but was otherwise in perfect functional and cosmetic condition. The price/value was very good (with free shipping) so I'd have to say that I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
No communication when I sent a question about the item, and it was poorly packaged. The item was new when purchased but because of the poor packaging, it arrived with a small dent in on the bottom, not bad enough to return but it could have been avoided with at least some bubble wrap.... Item was shipped quickly, so that was appreciated, but the seller could just have done a better job with care and communication.
Great snowshoes, good communication and ship time from the seller. Unfortunately they were not the same size as the pair in the listing photo so they’re not the right fit for me but I was promptly refunded and had a positive, though unfortunate, experience overall.
