Twinkle Togs #1854 from 1968 is a striking Mod Era Barbie outfit. It consists of a dress made from a metallic turquoise top and a sheer skirt with a chartreuse (yellow-green) lining. The outfit is completed with sheer yellow-green pantyhose and turquoise closed-toe pumps. The dress is in excellent condition, exactly as described. I acquired it at a great price.
