  1. While I would not say this was the best eBay experience, seller went above any beyond to make this as positive as possible. Item completely mangled in transit (no fault of seller). Really disappointed by UPS and how poorly they treated this delivery. Boxes bent and torn completely through and main post of umbrella completely snapped. Very upsetting to unbox this.
