Shipping and packaging were first rate. My only issue is that the shoes run very small compared to the size 11 they are labelled. I have another pair of Topos in size 11 and they fit fine. None of this is the seller's issue, I just know in the future I need to verify each model and how they fit.
Communicating w/seller was a pleasure and shipping, packaging and value were perfect. The shoes were in great shape but as they had been sanitized w/a product that was fragranced, I had to return them. I recommend not using fragranced products which are noxious to health.
Excellent box for shipping and filled with bubble wrap for packaging . It was just as described and worth the price for the value . My son absolutely loves his baby jaguar like Diego and Dora the Explorers
