The communication from the seller was proactive and good as soon as i purchased the item. Rare, and very nice. The packaging came apart in transit and I pulled out the two pieces of packaging first. The brushes had fallen out to the bottom of the bag and one had some damage to the bristles. This was sent from Amazon through an apparent mistake. Very shortly after my initial review, they contacted me and went out of there way to make it right. Would definitely buy from again!
Something went wrong as I only got an empty envelope from Amazon. It was perfectly flat as though nothing had been in it and was never sealed. I am writing here so I can send the pics. I am SURE the seller did NOT intend this. they seemed reliable. UPDATE! The seller has offered a half refund due to the problem since we don t know what happened to the item. I believe they did nothing wrong and so I amend my neutral review to a positive.
The seller sent me a notice saying my package may be delayed well not only was it not delayed it came early I got it in 2 days I couldn't be any happier but when they thought there was a problem they reached out to take care of me that's impressive there was no problem I would absolutely recommend this company and the product works great thank you again I am completely satisfied
