F97528~ 4x5 Kodak No. 4 Folding Hawkeye Model 3 Camera c.1910 . Eastman Kodak acquired Blair in 1899, but Blair continued to operate independently. The 1910 Kodak Hawkeye catalog shows this model – the No. 4 Folding Hawkeye, Model 3. CONDITION - Excellent Display Condition. DESCRIPTION – Excellent Display. The No. 4 Folding Hawkeye Model 3 was initially sold by Blair Camera Co. in their 1906 catalog. Eastman Kodak acquired Blair in 1899, but Blair continued to operate independently. This camera was sold sometime after 1910 because it is marked “Eastman Kodak Co. Successor to Blair Camera Co.” It also has a Bausch & Lomb lens in a Kodak shutter with a patent date of 1910. The 1910 Kodak Hawkeye catalog shows this model – the No. 4 Folding Hawkeye, Model 3. The camera – provided 4X5 large negatives in 103 roll film. CONDITION - Excellent Display Condition. Opens and closes properly and the exterior is very clean. Shutter fires very nicely – probably not accurate. Lens looks very clean.
