Measurements: PTP - 16.5" Shoulder to Hem - 23" Shoulder to Sleeve Hem - 24.25" Lightly Padded Shoulders Polyester/Viscose Blend Beautiful Lining Good condition. There are 4 very small snags that can probably be removed with a fabric shaver but I am too scared to try. Even if they aren't removed, they are very small and unnoticeable 1 foot away. See photos-it was hard to photo them because they are so small. Price is reflected for flaws.
