The item was received quickly, but sadly was broken when it got here. The Seller had a lot of packing in the box, but the box itself looked pretty beat up, even with the fragile/glass notice on the outside of the box. The Seller was amazingly quick to respond sincerely, sent a refund immediately. I supplied the Seller with good pictures so all could be seen. I was very impressed with this Seller, regardless of the broken item.
So this bag is actually awesome and even better than the pictures. I love these feel of it and it’s just beautifully vintage and soft as the seller described when I was asking questions.
