The box was shipped from England to Canada. The box was squashed when it arrived and one corner was an accordion shape. However, the pottery coffee pot and separate lid were completely intact upon opening! Amazing! I am attaching a photo of the box, so you can see. It's incredible that the pot survived the squashing.
