First one came from Amazon. Sent it back. This one from Ebay from the same manufacturer had the same problems. Luckily I had a Tap and Die set to rethread the 2 holes where two of the 8 bolts get installed. I was almost ready to send this one back. On the + side, I installed the receiver on my 2020 Rogue and it fit like a glove. I did this by myself, and without lifting the car on stands or ramps. The quality control of this product needs to be addressed when it comes to the threaded holes.

All hardware missing no hex bolts washers nuts. The part to add on to the hitch for underneath the car missing. Really just need the hardware don't want to send the hitch back.
