Boots received within same week of order. The shoes are in mint condition and packaged in a Frye box within another box. The packaging was good. The price was really good in comparison to other sites and sellers. The item and photos are as described. The boots were the issue. Boots are beautiful and made in Italy instead of Mexico or China but the boots did not fit me at all. The fit is way too small despite all of my Frye items being the same size. Seller was great about the return and refund.
Great value! The shoes I got look brand new and are even better than described. Shipping was fast! Packaging could have been a little better but to be fair I did order 6 pairs of shoes with bundled shipping, so I understand the need to minimize shipping weight to make it work out.
