There is a loose button on chest area that would need tightening, it is still attached. Extra buttons for sleeve and trench are sewed inside trench. Pit to pit measurement is 17 inches, sleeve length is 23 inches and overall length of trench is 36 inches. Intact metal clasp at neck. This is a classic piece, well cared for and unfortunately does not fit anymore.
