It holds four candles, and when lit, the center part freely spins from the heat generated. The center has a Spanbaum (hand-shaved German tree) and three angels; one has music in her hands; one has a mandolin, and the third has a violin. The carousel is 8" tall; very pretty. It is unlabeled, but it appears to be German made. It is very pretty, in good condition. I do not have a box for it.
